Im not a big fan of canned meat. So here is a quick shortcut to help shave some time to make a nourishing meal. Buy a pack of skinless, boneless chicken breasts, and boil or grill them on your “Sunday” prep day. Store in refridgerator and they will be good for 1 week to make chicken salads, chicken dishes, you can eat it cold or reheat for any dish that calls for chicken breasts.
For lunch enjoy on a slice of Ezekiel or sprouted bread, and substitute that mayo with greek yogurt
