vegan banana ENERGY muffins

Ingredients:

  • 100g coconut flour
  • 2c oatmeal flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 1/2c almond milk
  • 1/4c nonfat greek yogurt or 1/2c applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Mix all ingredients together well. Bake in muffin tins at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes

Makes 17 muffins

Each muffin:

120 calories, 2g fat, 24g carbs, 5g fiber, 6g proteins
